Qualifications Desired: Should enjoy serving individuals. Must be courteous, professional and out-going. Should have a good knowledge of customer service. Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at one time. Must maintain composure during busy periods. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Ability to multi- task, organize and prioritize with efficiency

Ability to be on one's feet at least 10 hours per shift

You may be working outside at any given time and must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Must be available to work a flexible shifts including weekends and late Nights

Must be available to work Holidays

Must be able to work 40 hours a week and working more than 40 hours a week is a plus.

Role Description: To enhance quality service at the pool outside area and Responsible for the execution and completion of duty assignments. Maintain professional and business profile while acting as a SACC representative. High visibility during hours of operation. Close communication between membership, peers, supervisor, and manager. Interaction with the membership as necessary to maintain the high quality standards of SACC.

Experience :

Serving experience : 1 year ( preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform.
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance.
• Seek out the supervisor letting them know that you are present.
• Check with supervisor/manager for opening duties, if applicable, and check the duty section assigned.
• Check the menus/specials (and recipe composition).
• Provide the best service possible to all members/guests.
• Follow all policies/procedures.
• Coordinate with the supervisor/manager regarding breakdown (i.e. closing), clearing, and cleaning the areas.
• Responsible to check assignments correctness and exacting accomplishment of assignments.
• To perform all other duties as directed by supervisor or Club manager.
