JOB TITLE: Ladies Locker Room Server

REPORTS TO: Club House Manager


Qualifications Desired: Must have three years of food and beverage experience. Should possess at least one to two years in a supervisory position in F&B. Should be able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Must be capable of developing training programs and implementing training with staff. Must have a good knowledge of customer service. You must be honest and trustworthy. Must be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision. Must have a desire to learn and grow within the company. Must possess some computer and point of sales knowledge.


Role Description: Oversee all Ladies' Locker Room operations, staffing, upkeep, and maintenance of all areas around the pool. The Assistant Ladies Locker Room Manager will set the example for all sizes as outlined. She will maintain a professional business profile while acting as a SACC representative. She will promote the "Teamwork" effort and maintain the high standards of SACC. She will be highly visible and interact with the membership as much as possible. Wine knowledge is a plus.


Duties, Responsibilities, and Authority:



  • Oversee all Restaurant employees to ensure quality and service levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate with the Club House Manager on quarterly china, glass, silver, and linen inventories. Establish and maintain par levels.
  • Coordinating catered or club functions designated by the Clubhouse Manager may be required.
  • Oversees and coordinates all training and re-training of all Ladies' Locker Room employees.
  • Oversees and updates section assignments for the Ladies' Locker Room.
  • Report all repairs/maintenance items promptly.
  • Maintained and update all specials and menu descriptions.
  • Coordinate with the Club House Manager and Chef all menu & pricing changes to be consistent.
  • Establish cleaning schedules and general upkeep of all Ladies' Locker Room equipment (daily, weekly, & monthly).
  • Update and maintain all wines and wine lists.
  • Update all pricing, specials, etc., on the computer
  • Responsible for evaluations, testing, documentation, etc.
  • Document all employee, member, and guest accidents at the time of occurrence.
  • Ensure that only top-quality and visually appealing products are served to our members/guests.
  • Responsible for guest relations with diners to receive necessary feedback, both positive and negative, to constantly improve service and food quality.
  • Responsible for closing the Ladies' Locker Room to include re-sets, reports, and security relations.
  • Perform all other duties as directed by the Clubhouse Manager or General Manager.
